Cookies are not typically considered as a healthy item. Typically, they are loaded with buttery fat, sugar, and carbs. One recipe that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while still being relatively healthy is this recipe using almond flour. For this cookie recipe, you need 1 cup of almond flour, 2 eggs, some cinnamon,¼ cup of almond milk, and ⅓ cup of stevia. Mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl and shape them into mini cookies on a baking pan. Put these cookies in the oven for 15-25 minutes, depending on their size at about 350 degree heat. Once cooked, take the cookies out and let them cool. Once mostly cool, top them with cinnamon and powdered sugar. These little cookies are a healthy alternative to some of the other tempting treats that you will encounter this holiday season.
